Based on customer demand we are in the process of designing a full color
catalog. Please contact our sales team via e-mail at sales@thepokergallery.com and we will send it to you when the catalog is complete. In the
meantime please continue to use our online gallery, it is a virtual listing
of our most current pieces.

02. What exactly is a monoprint?
Literally read as "one print." The image is created by painting on a surface such as glass or metal and transferring the image onto paper by pressing into the wet ink or paint.

03. What if I placed a duplicate order?

We are registered with Paypal who owns VeriSign Inc. to assure our customers that we are a valid, legal and trusted company. We will never give out any of your information and use it only for order related matters.

06. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Yes. You'll have 24 hours to cancel or change your order please have your order number available and contact our customer service via e-mail sales@thepokergallery.com .

07. Where is my order?
Works are usually shipped in 2 to 4 business days. Once your order is shipped the tracking delivery confirmation number will be sent to you via e-mail.

08. Do you offer corporate or wholesale discounts?
We offer a discount on select items ordered in quantity. Please contact us at sales@thepokergallery.com for further details. We do not offer discounts to other galleries on prints.

10. I would like to return or exchange something, what should I do?
You'll have seven (7) days from delivery receipt for full refund or exchange. Please have your order number ready and e-mail us at sales@thepokergallery.com to let us know what you would like to do. Unless items were damaged in shipping, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. Please package your item(s) carefully, using the original packaging if possible. For returns, once your item is received in good condition, a refund will be processed in 1 - 3 business days. For exchanges: Once we receive the item(s) for exchange, the new order will go out in 1 - 2 business days.
